CEO

At the helm of Sustainability AI stands Trevor, a visionary leader whose career spans over three decades in the echelons of global corporate leadership. Trevor's journey is marked by his exceptional contributions to innovation, strategic direction, business development, and corporate governance. Dr. Arshad Bhat

Chief Scientific Officer

Arshad Bhat, is our Chief Scientific Officer. He is a Chartered Environmentalist based in The United Kingdom and holds a Doctorate in Carbon Sequestration from petrochemical and oil and gas installations from University of Granada in Spain. He is a seasoned expert in environmental and climate change risk management, process chemistry, emission monitoring, sustainability and ESG management, environmental permitting and cost benefit
analysis.

With a rich background in field work and regulation, Arshad is renowned for his skill in leading project teams, navigating environmental law, and executing complex site investigations and remediations. His proficiency in environmental assessment is extensive, encompassing soil, water, and air quality analysis, pollution modelling, and detailed risk assessments.

His commitment to sustainability is evident in his work on greenhouse gas abatement, carbon sequestration, and energy audits across various sectors. Recognised for his expertise, Arshad serves as an expert peer reviewer for scientific journals. Worked with Carbon Trust on sustainability and greenhouse gas abatement and accounting. Worked on major renewable energy grid interconnectors (e.g; Triton Knoll). Developed CDM POA for South African government. Lead and managed monitoring requirements for Nuclear and agrochemical installations. Expert in environmental data management for nuclear-sites. Arshad also is a certified global business innovation professional from Technical University of Munich

Promoted, supported and provided guidance of diversion, reuse and recycling of solid and hazardous materials.

Perninder Dhadwar

COO

Perninder Dhadwar is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant and Economist but his career has spanned across many industry sectors including Finance, Marketing, Technology and Corporate and Sustainability Reporting. He brings a wealth of experience having led teams and organisations through digital transformation projects, change management projects and mergers and acquisitions.

Perninder is focused on ensuring that a results driven approach is embedded in organisations and is a keen advocate for the application of innovative technologies that will enable organisations to improve their operations while also creating external benefits to society by moving to increased sustainability. In addition he holds non executive and trustee positions in education and regional health tech bodies, using his experience to influence better outcomes in these crucial sectors for society.

Atif Syed

Chief Technology Officer

Atif Syed, our Chief Technology Officer, is a visionary technology leader driven by a passion for innovation and the development of impactful digital solutions. His diverse experience spans across healthcare, utilities, and startups, complemented by a strong background in Software Architecture, IT Strategy, Software Development, Data Modelling, and Project Management. Atif's expertise in managing global teams ensures seamless delivery of technological solutions across various time zones.

Holding a BSc(Hons) and an MSc in Computer Science from Coventry University, Atif's educational foundation has honed his problem-solving and analytical skills. His role extends beyond CTO to that of a Data Security Officer, where he is dedicated to protecting critical data assets and ensuring technical compliance with regulatory bodies like the FDA and CE.

Atif's prowess lies in crafting robust IT strategies and roadmaps, underpinned by data-driven insights and a commitment to innovation. He has worked collaboratively with leadership teams in global corporations and public sector organisations, adeptly navigating the dynamic technology landscape.

His career is marked by a series of collaborations with prestigious organisations such as the NHS, Northern Gas Networks, GSK, BSkyB, and BBC. A highlight of his achievements includes leading transformative projects within the NHS, utilising predictive analysis to improve patient care and facilitate early intervention.

Atif's approach is defined by his ability to inspire teams, drive forward-thinking innovation, and adapt to the rapidly evolving world of technology. His overarching goal is to leverage technology to enhance healthcare, demonstrating his commitment to using tech for societal betterment.

Syed Byhaqi

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Syed Byhaqi brings a wealth of knowledge and an impressive track record to his role as Chief Marketing Officer at Sustainability AI, where he specialises in steering marketing strategies for AI-driven sustainability solutions. With an MBA and over a decade of experience in marketing within the software and application development sectors, Syed has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in promoting sophisticated technology solutions that are not only innovative but also pivotal in driving sustainability.

Syed’s leadership extends beyond marketing; he has been instrumental in overseeing operations across multifaceted technical projects, ensuring seamless integration of marketing and operations to enhance product development and delivery. His approach combines rigorous data analysis with creative marketing techniques, which align perfectly with the cutting-edge nature of AI technology.

Manish Sharma

Head of AI and ML

Manish Sharma is a distinguished leader in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), currently serving as the Head of AI and ML. He brings a wealth of expertise and innovation to the role, backed by a strong academic foundation and a proven track record in the tech industry.

Manish holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Imperial College London. His time at these prestigious institutions equipped him with a deep understanding of computational methods and advanced algorithms, setting the stage for his future endeavours in AI and ML.

Before joining his current position, Manish made significant contributions at Google, where he was involved in cutting-edge AI and ML projects. His exceptional work led to the registration of various patents in his name, highlighting his ability as an innovator in the field. Manish's combination of academic excellence, practical experience at a leading tech company, and a track record of innovation makes him a valuable leader and a visionary in AI and ML.

Ankit Himanshu

Head of Technology and Solution Architecture

Ankit Himanshu, an IIT Kanpur alumnus, holds the prestigious position of Head of Technology and Solution Architect. With extensive expertise in scalable backend architecture and a comprehensive understanding of various database technologies, Ankit excels in the deployment of AWS and Google Cloud services.

In the realm of AI and ML, he is skilled in crafting recommendation engines using deep learning and is proficient with several AI tools in the market. His experience with AWS AI services and ML expertise, including LLM and Vector Database, positions him as a leader in integrating AI-driven solutions. Ankit's leadership is marked by his ability to harmonise product insight with technical expertise, driving data-centric strategies and innovation in analytics.
